FEE STRUCTURE

Hourly Rates:

Rates for general and ongoing support typically range from $20.00 to $75.00CDN per hour, plus applicable HST depending on the service provided.

Special Projects:

We offer free 30-minute initial consultations and no obligation quotations for special projects. Quotations are based on the estimated time and complexity of the project. All incidental costs associated with the project will be included in the estimate. Final Pricing will be based on the actual time and costs incurred.

Ongoing Support Plans:

Special reduced rates are available for clients requiring ongoing support for a guaranteed number of hours per month.

BILLING SCHEDULE

Monthly retainer invoices are sent two weeks prior to the first of the month and are due payable prior to the first of the month. Invoices outline the previous month's time usage, any overages and supplemental costs as well as the retainer fees for the next month.

Regular invoices are sent out on the 1st and 15th of the month, unless other arrangements have been made, and are payable upon receipt.
